| 英文描述 | This condition is caused by vitamin E deficiency and usually accompanies exudative diathesis when the diet contains low levels of cysteine and methionine. It is more common in turkey poults at 3 - 6 wks of age. Gross lesion appear as degeneration of muscular fibers in breast, which look like white streaks. These white streaks also are produced in the walls of the gizzard. The lesions also occur in the lysosomal and mitochondrial membranes. |
