| 英文描述 | Sporadic outbreaks of a fatal disease characterized by hepatitis, liver hemorrhage and splenomegaly have been described in commercial layer operations in North America. Affected hens died without premonitory signs; in some flocks egg production decreased (Tablante et al.). At necropsy there is enlargement of the liver and spleen, and in most cases liquid blood in the abdominal cavity. The cause is unknown (Tablante et al.). |
