| 中文描述 | 一野禽或是家禽的寄身蟲感染疾病，是藉由住血白冠原蟲 ( LEUCOCYTOZOON ) 所引起的。感染後可在宿主的血液細胞中發現，並導致嚴重的宿主細胞變形、扭曲。確診需要在紅血球或是白血球中發現有性繁殖時期的蟲。 |
| 英文描述 | A parasitic disease of wild and domestic birds caused by protozoa of the genus LEUCOCYTOZOON, found within the circulating blood cells of the host and leading to gross distortion of the host cells. Diagnosis is made by finding the sexual stages within leucocytes or erythrocytes. |
