| 英文描述 | Reports of cardiovascular disease in birds are uncommon. There are reports of iron storage disease in mynah birds, furazolidone toxicity (commonly causing cardiomegaly), and cardiac disease caused by toxicosis and infectious agents such as CHLAMYDIA PSITTACI, MYCOBACTERIUM AVIUM, avian leukosis virus, TOXOPLASMA GONDII, and TRICHOMONAS spp. (Wack et al.). Cardiomegaly and endocardial fibrosis has been described (Wack et al.).
