| 中文描述 | 鳥類的急性傳染病.此病對年輕的鳥類有很高的致死力,且造成嚴重的產蛋損失.依據病毒的毒性不同,感受性較高的年輕鳥類的死亡率從10-80%.在產蛋的母雞,產蛋率可能降到零.病因為副粘液病毒科,此病毒的潛伏期為5-7天,且可從感染的鳥類身上分離出來.病症包括臉部水腫'組織充血'肺和肺泡有雲狀滲出物.此為人畜共通病,但人的病例很少見. |

| 英文描述 | Acute contagious disease of all birds. The disease is highly fatal for young chicks and causes severe egg production losses in layers. Mortality in young susceptible chickens ranges from 10 to 80% depending on the virulence of the strain. In laying hens, egg production may drop to zero. Due to RUBULAVIRUS which has an incubation period of 5 - 7 days and can be isolated from infected birds. Lesions include facial edema, congestion of all tissues, cloudy air sacs, exudates in the lungs and air sacs. This is a zoonosis, but human cases are rare. |
