| 中文描述 | 感染性的里奧病毒性關節炎,在鳥類病症為肌腱及關節滑膜的免疫損傷,發生在肌腱'脛朏骨關節鞘'以及心肌.在放飼肉雞的傳播比籠飼的快;其中有0-50%會有滑液關節的問題.感染性肌腱及關節滑膜炎可分成兩種:(1)肌腱及關節滑膜炎--足部'肌腱水腫.腓腸肌腱破裂,脛骨骨幹變粗,腿部關節有黃褐色關節液.心臟則有異染性滲透以及網狀細胞增生 (2)敗血症--發鉗'血管收縮'出血'破裂的出血性皺縮卵黃,以及腹膜炎.肝'脾'腎水腫,並伴隨著卡他性黏膜腸炎以及盲腸扁桃腺的出血.發病率可能為100%,在肌腱及關節滑膜炎,死亡率可能不到1%,在成鳥的敗血症,死亡率接近5%.診斷是藉由病史詢問,agar擴散血清學測定,以及病毒的分離. |

| 英文描述 | An infectious reoviral disease in poultry characterized by inflammatory lesions of the synovial membranes of the tendons, tibiotarsal-joint tendon sheaths, and heart muscle. Spreads more easily through broiler flocks than through caged layers; can be 0 to 50% incidence of synovial involvment in flocks. Infectous tenosynovitis lesions can be classified into two categories: Tenosynovitis - Fluid swelling of tendons and sheaths of foot and leg. Rupture of gastrocnemius tendon, thickened tibial diaphysis, yellow-brown joint discharge in leg joints. Heterophil infiltration and reticular cell proliferation in the heart can also be detected. Septicemia - Cyanosis, vasocongestion, hemorrhage, ruptured hemorrhagic shrivelled yolks, and peritonitis are seen. Liver, spleen and kidneys are swollen, accompanied by mucocatarrhal enteritis with hemorrhage of cecal tonsil. Morbidity can be 100% while mortality is 1% or less with the tenosynovitis form of the disease and approaches 5% in mature birds with the septicemic form. Diagnosis is by history, serology using agar-gel diffusion, and isolation of the virus. |
