| 英文描述 | MYCOPLASMA GALLISEPTICUM (MG) infection is generally known as chronic respiratory disease (CRD) of chickens and infectious sinusitis of turkeys. Clinical signs associated with the disease are nasal discharge, coughing, respiratory rales and frequently sinusitis in turkeys; neurologic signs have also been seen. In laying flocks egg production declines then remains at a low level. In broilers most outbreaks occur between 4 and 8 weeks of age. Postmortem findings include sinusitis and air sacculitis manifested by excess of mucus or catarrhal exudate in the nares, trachea, and lungs; and edema of the air sac walls. Caseous exudate may appear later in the air sacs. In turkeys, one might find dilatation of the infraorbital sinuses. Pericarditis and perihepatitis may be seen in young chicks. MG has been isolated from several bird species; can cause conjunctivitis in house finches. |
