| 英文描述 | A syndrome of congenital hyperbilirubinemia and photosensitivity of Southdown sheep is characterized by the development of photosensitization when lambs begin to eat green plants and are exposed to sunlight. There is a marked decrease in clearance of bilirubin and bromsulphalein. Dx by breed and history, along with BSP tests. Signs are worst on woolless skin. Icterus is absent. Resembles Gilbert's syndrome in man. |
