| 英文描述 | Rinderpest is caused by a MORBILLIVIRUS genus in the family Paramyxoviridae; the virus is related to the virusus of canine distemper and pest des petits ruminants. Mainly limited to Africa and parts of Asia, and usually occurs in outbreaks, which resemble bovine virus diarrhea. Dx by identification of the virus. A vaccine is available. |
