| 英文描述 | An osteodystrophy of lambs raised in total confinement has been reported, and is characterized by curvature of the forelimbs, flaring of the affected long bone and thinning of the growth plate on radiography, and histologic evidence of endochondral dysplasia. Signs developed in 40-90 day-old lambs. Believed to be due to vitamin D deficiency combined with excessive iron in the diet. |
