| 中文描述 | 由320隻被混合養育的母羊生出的8隻小羊皆在出生時就有前肢畸型的現象。小羊的腕骨會攣縮而在球節處會有側向偏離的現象。這些病徵與組織病理學不同於以往所見的成骨不全。原因雖然是未知數但這種情況不能透過交配實驗進行生殖。對於受影響母羊的飲食則要不斷以50 ppm的鋅來補充營養。 |
| 英文描述 | Eight lambs born from 320 mixed breed ewes had a deformity of the thoracic limbs at birth. There was contracture at the carpi and lateral deviation at the fetlocks. The signs and histopathology differed from that seen in osteogenesis imperfecta. The cause was unknown, but the condition could not be reproduced through test matings. The diet of affected ewes had been supplemented with 50 ppm of zinc. |
