| 英文描述 | UREAPLASMAS can be found in the genital tract of normal ewes, but some strains can experimentally cause vulvitis and are associated with infertility and abortion. The clinical importance of this condition is not yet clear. A strain of ureaplasma known to cause vulvitis was inoculated into the uterus of pregnant ewes and had no detrimental effect on the fetus. Dx would require isolation of a pathogenic strain of UREAPLASMA from affected animals. |
