| 中文描述 | 普見於較老的羔羊和仔羊,新生兒也有.主要病狀是擴散性衰弱.由於維他命E和/或硒缺乏導致.血液麩胺基硫過氧化脢,硒和/或維他命E含量低.CPK和AST上升.尿中肌紅蛋白會導致尿液測試有血紅素反應.當心肌受影響病狀會類似肺炎.受影響的胎兒也許會是死胎.藉由病狀和血液測試或驗屍檢查來診斷.由投與硒/維他命E來治療. |

| 英文描述 | Commonly in older lambs and kids, also in neonates. Main sign is diffuse weakness. Due to vitamin E and/or selenium deficiency. Blood glutathione peroxidase, Se and/or vitamin E levels low. CPK and AST elevated. Myoglobin in urine can cause hemoglobin reaction on urine tests. When heart muscle is affected signs can resemble pneumonia. Affected fetuses may be stillborn. Dx by signs and blood tests or necropsy. Treat by administration of Se/Vitamin E. |
