| 英文描述 | MYCOPLASMA OVIPNEUMONIAE is frequently isolated from the lungs of pneumonic sheep. Some believe it causes subacute and chronic pneumonias, with bacteria as secondary invaders, but the inability to reproduce pneumonia experimentally with this agent indicates that it probably is not a primary cause of pneumonia. In goats, however, pleuritis and pneumonia have been experimentally produced with this organism. Dx by culture. M. ARGININI has been isolted from a large proportion of pneumonic sheep lungs in Iran. |
