| 英文描述 | Exertional rhabdomyolysis is characterized by muscle necrosis and myoglobinuria following severe exercise, such as that seen when sheep are chased by dogs. On necropsy there is evidence of muscle necrosis but selenium levels are normal, and there is a history of severe exercise. Dx by exclusion of white muscle disease. |
