| 英文描述 | Iris atrophy is a poorly defined condition in sheep in which there is a thinning of the stroma of the iris in the temporal aspect, leading to fenestration of the iris. The corpora nigra are absent. No other ocular problems are seen. Seen in 1-1 1/2 year old Shrophire sheep, and may be inherited. Dx by ocular exam. Aniridia, absence of the iris, was described on Llanwenog sheep. |
