| 英文描述 | Romney lambs developed progressive weakness from about 1 week of age which led to recumbency and death. At necropsy there were degeneration and loss of neurons in ventral horns of the spinal cord and brain stem, degeneration of motor nerves, and denervation atrophy of skeletal muscle fibers. This lower motor neruon disease appears to be inherited as an autosomal recessive trait. |
