| 中文描述 | 綿羊鞭蟲感染症是普見的綿羊寄生蟲,並且在正常情況下不是病源.有一篇報導說於嚴重且長期缺乏情況下綿羊臨床下痢症狀和unthriftiness,也許會因為大量鞭蟲感染而加重病情.臨床疾病由於鞭蟲也同樣不普見於牛,但臨床病狀不被報導於大量寄生蟲 T. DISCOLOR騷擾小母牛.藉由排除其他媒介,辨識糞便中蟲卵,並且對治療有反應來診斷. |

| 英文描述 | TRICHURIS OVIS is a common parasite of sheep, and is not pathogenic under normal conditions. There is one report of clinical signs of diarrhea and unthriftiness in sheep during severe drought conditions which may have been aggravated by heavy whipworm infection. Clinical disease due to whipworms is also uncommon in cattle, but clinical signs were reported in a heavy infestation of heifers with T. DISCOLOR. Dx by exclusion of other agents, identification of eggs in the stool, and response to treatment. |
