| 英文描述 | Uterine tumors are rare in domestic animals, with the exception of lymphosarcoma in the cow, but are occasionally diagnosed. Confirmation requires biopsy or surgery. Tumors of the cervix are also rare. In cattle fibromas, fibrosarcomas, leiomyomas, and carcinomas have been reported; cysts also occur. Multiple recurring leiomyomas have been reported in related Appaloosa fillies and this may be inherited as a dominant trait. Adenocarcinomas, carcinomas, lymphosarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcomas can affect mares, and endometrial polyps have been diagnosed in mares. Metastasis with systemic signs sometimes seen. |
