| 英文描述 | Parsnip, parsley and celery plants of the UMBELLIFERAE family contain forocoumarins, which when placed on the skin can become activated by light and cause skin damage. This is known as phytophotodermatitis, or percutaneous photosensitization. Ulcerative dermatitis on the snouts of pigs being fed vegetable waste was believed to be due to this problem, and it was produced experimentally. May resemble an infectious vesicular disease, which must be ruled out by virologic studies. |
