| 英文描述 | In the Large White breed of pigs, there is a fatal condition of newborn pigs that have respiratory distress, subcutaneous edema and a short fine hair coat. Piglets produce a characteristic barking sound on expiration. Probably transmitted as an autosomal recessive lethal trait. Lung abnormalities are seen at necropsy. Dx by history and necropsy examination. |
