| 英文描述 | Yorkshire and Hampshire pigs developed progressive paraparesis and ataxia at under 6 weeks of age which progressed to tetraparesis by 10 weeks of age. There was neuronal degeneration and loss in the ventral horns of the spinal cord, and Wallerian degeneration. Electron microscopy showed accumulation of neurofilaments in affected neurons. The cause is unknown, and it could not be reproduced by sibling matings of Yorkshires. |
