| 英文描述 | A rare, dominantly inherited lower motor neuron disease of pigs was described in England and studied in a research colony of pigs. Alpha motor neurons in the spinal cord become atrophic and many develop intracytoplasmic vacuoles before they disappear (O'Toole). Progressive clinical signs develop at about 1-2 months of age. |
