| 英文描述 | Sudden death in sows has been caused by 180- or 360-degree torsions of the stomach. Dx at necropsy. May have been due to excessive excitement and movement at feeding time. Most are in mid to late gestation, usually not lactating. Mean age of affected animals is about 3 years. The spleen may rotate with the stomach. |
