| 中文描述 | 精索的扭曲已經被描述在公馬和野豬。馬精索的血栓形成已能用臨床模擬扭曲出來了。精索的感染在閹割過程中發生。陰囊的皮膚可能會冷，是因為帶有擴大睪丸的繩子。睪丸和副睪的疝氣之形成是因為腹股溝管的撕裂。主要的差別是腹股溝的疝形成，但是沒有異常的架構被觸診於直腸的觸診經過透過陰囊的圈。透過探索的外科醫學的診斷。 |

| 英文描述 | Torsion of the spermatic cord has been described in stallions and boars. Thrombosis of the equine spermatic cord can clinically mimic torsion. Infection of the spermatic cord occurred in a gelding. Skin of the scrotum may be cold, with enlargement of the testicle and/or cord. Herniation of the testis and epididymis trough a tear in the common vaginal tunic has been described. Major differential is inguinal hernia, but no abnormal structures are palpated passing through the vaginal ring on rectal exam. Dx by exploratory surgery. |
