| 英文描述 | Pseudorabies is due to HERPESVIRUS SUIS and is an economically important disease. Young pigs are most susceptible and usually have respiratory and neurologic signs with case fatality rates up to 100%. The disease is less severe at older ages presenting primarily as fetal deaths and abortion following infection of pregnant gilts and sows. Pigs that survive the acute infection usually become latently infected with the virus. |
