| 英文描述 | Malignant catarrhal fever has been described in pigs in Europe. This is a multisystemic disease, with a short clinical course; death generally occurs withing a few days of the onset of signs. This disease resembles malignant catarrhal fever of ruminants, and ovine herpesvirus-2 was identified as a cause of this syndrome (Loken et al.). At necropsy there is acute vasculitis in several organs. |
