| 中文描述 | 先天性皮膚的凹陷，特別是在脅腹、胸廓…等地方。在艾賽克斯 (Essex) 、約克夏 (Large White) 和兩種雜交的豬隻已經被發現此病症。皮膚表面的凹陷形狀是不固定的，直徑大約2~5CM 並且沒有毛、和色素。經由皮膚的活組織切片可以發現皮膚發育不全。(2-12 per pig)目前並無治療的方法。此症狀被認是會遺傳的，但是遺傳的方式也是未知。 |
| 英文描述 | Congenital, shallow, cutaneous depressions, especially over the thorax and flank, have been seen in Essex, Large White, and Essex-Large White crossbred pigs. There were multiple depressions (2-12 per pig) which were irregular in shape, 2-5 cm in diameter, and devoid of hair and pigment. Skin biopsy showed epidermal hypoplasia. There is no treatment, and this is assumed to be hereditary, although the mode of inheritance is unknown (Scott). |
