| 英文描述 | Bilateral cataracts in swine have been produced by hygromycin in the feed. Reproduced by continuous feeding of as low as 13.2 g/1000 kg of commercial feed to pigs for about 1 year. Seen in older animals as duration of exposure is important. Deafness has also been reported as a side effect of chronic high levels of hygromycin. |
