| 英文描述 | Chlorates, a combination of a metal or hydrogen and a chlorate radical, are used to make fireworks, matches and explosives. There have been rare reports of accidental exposure of swine to chlorates, which are locally irritating to the gastrointestinal tract, cause hemolysis and methemoglobin formation, and can cause renal failure. Dx by history and analysis of blood, urine, gasric content, or the suspect source. |
