| 英文描述 | Cyanamide is an agent used for deodorizing liquid manure. A group of hogs died within two days following the application of cyanamide to the floor of their pen, and the survivors also showed clinical signs. At necropsy there was hepatic necrosis, and the disease was experimentally reproduced with as low as 25 mg/kg orally, with signs more severe as the dose increased. Dx by history. There is no known antidote. |
