| 英文描述 | Severe vitamin A deficiency in piglets leads to both neurologic and skin signs which progress as the deficiency is prolonged. Night blindness did not occur until vitamin A had been exhausted. Dx by signs and blood levels of vitamin A. Rare under routine management. There are reports of infertiity in deficient females and birth of weak or dead piglets. |
