| 中文描述 | 蝨子是很易見，且常歸責於潛藏性傳染病造成的搔癢。只有一種會傳染給豬隻－豬血虱（HAEMATOPINUS SUIS）。藉由豬隻上之蝨子來診斷。通常在叢生在耳朵內部或是頸部皮膚的皺折處。也常見於腿部的上表皮內側跟尾巴周圍。大多常見於（但不僅限於）寒冷的天氣。被視為豬膿疱的媒介。 |

| 英文描述 | Lice are easily seen, and are often blamed for itching which is due to underlying mange infection. Only one species affects pigs, HAEMATOPINUS SUIS. Dx by finding lice on pig. They are usually first noticed in small clumps inside the ear or in the folds of skin around the neck. Also common on the upper inside surfaces of the legs and around the tail. Most common in (but not limited to) colder weather. Are considered vectors of swine pox. |
