| 英文描述 | The urachus is an embryonic structure that extends from the bladder to the umbilicus. It normally closes at birth but can persist and lead to leaking of urine from the umbilical area. Diagnose by persistent urinary drainage at the umbilicus. May be confirmed by instillation of dye into bladder. A urachal cyst, without an opening through the skin, can occur. |
