| 英文描述 | Mites from the families Acaridae and Pediculoididae including PEDICULOIDES VENTRICOSUS, PYEMOTES TRITICI and ACARUS FARINAE in horses, SANCASSANIA BERLESEI, ACARUS sp. in sheep, and ACARUS sp. in swine, may cause skin disease. The mites normally feed on organic matter, grain, hay or straw, and the dermatitis is usually in areas in contact with these feeds or beddings. Dx by finding mites in skin scrapings and/or forage samples. |
