| 中文描述 | 這是一種發生在成貓身上可能為單側或雙側的疾病,目前其病原還是未知.此病會出現表層的血管增生並且在角膜緣會開始出現炎症細胞的浸潤.角膜的表面會變後並且不規則狀,並在上面出現可以輕易撥離的白色塊狀物.周邊的嗜酸性球可能會被發現.診斷藉由病兆的出現或是細胞學.馬受到感染出現的組織和細胞的狀況都和貓的嗜酸性球角膜炎很像. |

| 英文描述 | This is a disease of the adult cat which may be unilateral or bilateral, and has an unknown etiology. It is characterized by superficial neovascularization and infiltration of inflammatory cells usually beginning at the limbus. The corneal surface may be thickened and irregular with superficial white plaques that are easily removed. Peripheral eosinophilia may be seen. Dx by appearance and cytology. Horses were affected with ocular lesions that had histologic and cytologic features similar to those seen in cats with eosinophilic keratitis. |
