| 英文描述 | An aorticopulmonary window is a rare congenital anomaly involving the great vessels as they leave the heart. It results when the base of the septum that divides the embryonic truncus arteriosus fails to form completely. The resulting shunt between the aorta and pulmonary artery can lead to heart failure. Dx by angiography. |
