| 英文描述 | Bilateral contracture of the gastrocenemius tendon has been reported in a 5 month old kitten, present from birth. Etiology is unknown. A similar condition in foals may be congenital, hereditary, or acquired in utero. Dx is based on the severe hyperextension of the tarsal joints, and the schirrous nature and shortening of the gastrocnemius tendon. |
