| 英文描述 | This is a progressive disease with inheritance by the autosomal recessive mode. Anterior stromal edema is the initial sign, and typically first occurs at about 4 months of age. This progresses to a severe bullous keratopathy and possibly to ulceration. Pathogenesis is unclear. Dx by signs, breed, histology. The condition is bilateral. |
