| 英文描述 | Feline plasma cell pododermatitis is a rare cause of swelling of multiple footpads in cats. Frequently painless, but discomfort, ulceration and lameness can develop. Cause and pathogenesis are unknown. Dx is based on rule-out of other causes in conjunction with diffuse plasmacytic dermatitis in histologic examination. In some cases there are concurrent ulcerative lesions at the corners of the mouth and/or swelling of the nose. Occasionally regresses spontaneously. |
