| 英文描述 | Lichenoid skin lesions are flat-topped papules which are scaly, grouped and often angular; may be wart-like or plaque-like. Lesions have a characteristic histologic appearance. Idiopathic lichenoid dermatoses have been described in a few case reports. They were refractory to treatment but resolved spontaneously within 2 years of diagnosis or did not recur following surgery. Any area of the skin can be affected. |
