| 英文描述 | This is an arthritis of apparent immune-mediated cause. Joint disease is often the only manifestation, but there can be a cyclic pattern of malaise, fever, and lameness. May affect one or more joints. Muscle wasting may be prominent. Only soft tissue changes are seen on radiology unless secondary degenerative joint disease develops. Arthrocentesis is the diagnostic procedure of choice. Is frequently found in association with other diseases, including steroid-responsive meningitis. |
