| 英文描述 | In a series of 95 cases of facial neuropathy in dogs and cats, 75% of cases in dogs and 25% of cases in cats had no apparent cause. This idiopathic facial weakness is diagnosed by ruling out other causes such as trauma, otitis, and neoplasia. The prognosis is guarded; some affected animals never recover, while others may improve over a period of weeks or months. |
