| 英文描述 | This may occur secondary to trauma in adults, but has also been described as a congenital defect in the dog, cat, and foal, occasionally in association with other congenital defects. Rare. Characterized by discharge of urine from both the penis or vagina and the anus, history of chronic urinary tract infections, and occasionally urine scald. During estrus bitches may have bloody discharge from the vulva. Dx by physical exam and cystourethrogram. |
