| 中文描述 | 局部硬皮病也叫硬斑病.特色是多樣的圖形和區域明顯界線的硬化.原因未知.在組織學上,真皮害皮下的損傷處會被膠原組織取代.診斷靠皮膚切片檢查.在組織學上,這切片樣本看起來會類似是受傷造成.此組織病理學說必須沒有受傷這原因.此病沒有其他的症狀,通常自發性的消除.所以不需要治療(Bensignor et al.). |

| 英文描述 | Localized scleroderma, also known as morphea, is a skin disease characterized by well-demarcated patches of sclerosis occurring in a variety of patterns and locations. The cause is unknown. On histology the dermis and subcutis of lesions is replaced by collagenous tissue. Dx is by skin biopsy. As the histology of the biopsy sample resembles that seen following injury, the histopathologist must rule out injury. This disease causes no other symptoms, and usually resolves spontaneously, so treatment is not needed (Bensignor et al.). |
