| 英文描述 | Acetaminophen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent that is the major ingredient of most aspirin-free anti-inflammatory products. Because cats have deficiencies in glucuronide and sulfate conjugation, they are quite susceptible to acetaminophen toxicity. Methemoglobinemia and Heinz-body anemia may be present. Hepatic necrosis is common in affected dogs. |
