| 英文描述 | Congenital emphysema is usually characterized by dyspnea and cyanosis from a very young age. In some cases clinical signs did not develop until adulthood. Radiographically, there is often severe overdistention of the chest, with displacement of the heart and mediastinum to the opposite side of the chest from the emphysematous lobe. The lung appears hyperlucent. Histologic examination of excised lung tissue shows bronchial cartilage dysplasia, with hyperinflation of air spaces cranial to the lesion and lack of development of alveoli caudal to the lesion. |
