| 中文描述 | 急性的腎衰竭會忽然出現尿量少或是無尿的症狀,並且出現增加的BUN和肌肝酸值.可能是腎前性的,腎因性的或腎後性的,而且很多原因包括了低血壓,血容積減少,循環的崩解,器官血液灌注不足(大多發生在休克,中暑等),腎中毒如重金屬,抗生素,有機化合物(乙烯,乙二醇,四氯化碳),血紅素色素,血碳酸過多的腎病,腎靜脈栓塞,固有腎臟的疾病,細螺旋體病,急性的腎絲球腎炎,或其他的原因.在復原階段可能會出現多尿的現象. |

| 英文描述 | Acute renal failure is characterized by rapid onset of oliguria or anuria with increased BUN and creatinine. Can be prerenal, renal, or postrenal, and numerous causes include hypotension, hypovolemia, circulatory collapse, hypoperfusion, (as may occur with shock, heat stroke etc.), nephrotoxins such as heavy metals, antimicrobials, organic compounds (ethylene glycol, carbon tetrachloride etc.), heme pigments, hypercalcemic nephropathy, renal vein thrombosis, intrinsic renal disease, leptospirosis, acute glomerulonephritis, and others. Polyuria might accompany recovery stage. |
