| 中文描述 | 溶血性尿毒性症候群在人類有溶血性貧血、血小板減少症、急性腎衰竭。而在犬隻，則有嘔吐、昏睡的症狀，以及便血、裡急後重、無尿腎衰竭、瘀斑性出血、抽蓄。其血液中肌酸酐和BUN的濃度有上升的現象，在全血球計數時，可見列細胞的出現。貓在經過腎臟移植手術之後，有可能性的溶血性貧血。 |
| 英文描述 | Hemolytic-uremic syndrome in people is characterized by hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia and acute renal failure. Dogs with this syndrome had an acute onset of vomiting and lethargy, followed by hematochezia, tenesmus, anuric renal failure and (in some) petechial hemorrhages and seizures. There was an elevation of creatinine and BUN, and schizocytes were seen on a CBC. Possible hemolytic uremic syndrome has been described in cats following renal transplantation. |
