| 英文描述 | Rare. This disorder is characterized by purpura, necrosis, and well-demarcated ulceration of the extremities, esp. the limbs, lips, ears, oral mucosa, and tail. Signs are associated with inflammation and subsequent destruction of blood vessels, causing ischemic necrosis. Dx is by history, signs, skin biopsy. At times, may be clearly associated with vascular pathways. |
